All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. If a proper email address is provided by the customer, an email from UPS with a tracking number will be sent out at the end of the day when the product ships. We do our very best to ship your order same day if it is placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. If you would like faster delivery or would like your order shipped COD, please give us a call at 800-826-3811. We do not accept returns. If the product is damaged during shipping, please refuse delivery and contact us, we will re-ship your order immediately. This product is 100% industrial grade castor oil and it is well known as an effective repellent for armadillos when applied properly. Cobra Products has been selling Armadillo Eliminator since 2002 to many satisfied customers. Therefore, we do not issue refunds.
