It is best to apply Armadillo Eliminator when you do not expect rain for at least 24 hours (The longer the better).  It is ok to irrigate BEFORE application but you will want to disable any automatic irrigation system for 48 hours after application.  Your goal is to expose the animals to the highest concentration of the oil's odor the first night after application.  We recommend any siphon-type hose end sprayer that will spray 6oz. to 8oz. of oil per gallon of water. The Ortho® Dial N Spray® multi-use hose end sprayer works well for application of this product. Non-siphon sprayers similar to the Miracle-Gro® No Clog® hose end sprayer WILL NOT WORK. One gallon of Armadillo Eliminator will cover approximately 10,000 sq. feet. This product is 100% industrial grade castor oil (just like Grandma used to give you, but a little less tasty) which is a vegetable base and is not harmful to the environment. We cannot imagine why someone would want to drink this product, but if it is suspected that someone has ingested more than a few tablespoons, call your Doctor. Do not cook with this product, or attempt to heat it up, keep it away from high heat sources. Dispose of the empty container as you would regular household waste.
